900 answer sheets,
graded by 7 a.m.

Your faculty scans the Sunday test at 10 p.m. Monday morning, every student’s parent has a step-by-step report. Every faculty has a batch-level heat map. And the question that forty-three students got wrong — for the exact same reason — is on the board for first period.

What your institute gets

A stack, not a subscription.

Three things ship together, and one shows up as soon as you want it. No modules, no upsell paths.

INST-01 · Branded student app

The app your students already wanted.

Your logo. Your colours. Your domain. The same ATRIX doubt engine, the same scan-grading, the same weakness maps — served from app.yourcoaching.in with your faculty's faces and your batch names. Parents download it because you asked; they trust it because it looks like you.

Single sign-on · role-aware · web + Android + iOS
INST-02 · Batch-level faculty console

See what the class doesn’t know.

A heat map across 820 concepts for every batch you teach. Click any red cell: the 17 students who are bleeding there, the 3 questions they all failed, the explanation they'd need most. Daily digest at 6 a.m. so Monday prep takes 15 minutes, not two hours.

Per-batch · per-faculty · per-student views
INST-03 · Scan & Grade at scale

Overnight. No exceptions.

Sunday-test Monday-feedback is a promise, not a stretch goal. Bulk scanner-side upload (one TIFF, 400 pages), or student-side photo upload. Deep Grade with math verification verification runs on every script. Reports in parent-speak by 7 a.m.; faculty briefing by 6 a.m.

Handles 50,000+ pages/night · SLA 99.5%
INST-04 · LMS + ERP bridge

We meet your systems.

Use Moodle, Classplus, Teachmint, or in-house? We integrate. Roster sync, attendance pull, fee-status gates, results push-back. Single API, mapped to your schema in the pilot. We've shipped 14 connectors; the fifteenth takes three days.

REST + webhooks · SAML/LDAP SSO · SCIM provisioning
Pilot results · anonymised by request

The first thirty days change what faculty rooms talk about.

Coaching · Kota · 2,400 students

"Our Physics HOD used to stay Sunday nights to grade. Now he leaves at 8. Monday morning he knows exactly which 40 kids misread the axis convention. We've stopped teaching the median."

— Centre director · 3-month pilot → 2-year contract
CBSE school · Pune · 900 students

"Parent-teacher meetings changed. Parents arrive with the AspireACE weekly report printed. The conversation is about the child, not about marks. I've never had that."

— Academic head · 14-month deployment
NEET coaching chain · 6 centres

"We ran the pilot in one centre. The other five fought to be next. What tipped them wasn't the tech — it was that their best teachers wanted it first."

— Group owner · chain-wide rollout Apr 2026
How it deploys

A thirty-day pilot. Zero capex.

Start with one batch, one subject, one faculty. If Monday feels different, expand. If it doesn’t, walk.

1

Week 1 · Roster + rebrand

You send a CSV of one batch. We stand up your branded app on a subdomain, load your faculty names, and ship you a link. Students install it on Monday. We're not in the building.

2

Week 2 · First graded test

Your faculty uploads the Sunday test. Reports come back by 7 a.m. Monday. The dashboard is live; you watch the class-level bleed for the first time. This is when it clicks.

3

Week 3 · Parent portal goes live

Parents get the weekly digest. You get the call volume data: which parents engaged, what they asked. Most don't call; they reply to the email. You'll notice.

4

Week 4 · Decision

We sit down with your three senior faculty. If they want it for every batch, we onboard the whole centre in 10 days. If they don't, we turn it off. No exit fee. No data held hostage — exports are part of the pilot contract.

Questions we get

The five asked first.

Full answers in your pilot kick-off. Or read more.

What about our existing content?

Ingested. We map your PYQs and chapter tests into our rubric on day one. Our content pool is additive — yours remains primary.

Do you sell to students behind our back?

No. Institute-installed students don't see AspireACE marketing. They don't see our pricing page. They get your product. Direct marketing is contractually scoped out of your catchment.

Where is data hosted?

AWS Mumbai + Hyderabad. Student data never leaves India. Data-protection-compliant by design; SOC 2 Type II audit closes Aug 2026.

What's the pricing model?

Per active student, per month. Slab-based; gets dramatically cheaper past 500 students. We quote after seeing your batch mix.

Can we just buy the grading engine?

Yes — API access for institutes that only want the scan-grading layer and keep everything else. Priced per 1,000 pages.

Book a 30-minute faculty demo

We’ll bring your last test.

Email us a blank copy and one scanned answer. On the call, we’ll grade it live, in front of your senior faculty, and answer questions until the senior-most person in the room is satisfied. We don’t do sales demos. We do live work.
