How the partnership works

STEP 01 / 04

Ingest

You send us the PDF — or InDesign, EPUB, whatever you have. We chunk it into concept-tagged passages, run OCR if needed, and attach your question bank to the right chapters. Two weeks; one editor from your side reviews the tagging.

STEP 02 / 04

Align

Your passages become ATRIX's primary sources for those concepts. When a student asks "what is SN1 vs SN2", the response quotes your book first, footnotes with source page, and recommends your exercises. Edge cases fall back to our default engine.

STEP 03 / 04

Ship

Your book goes live in the AspireACE library. Students who buy the print edition get a redemption code for free digital access — a sales lever you keep. Bundles with your other titles are priced by you.

STEP 04 / 04

Earn

70% revenue share on subscription attribution, flat royalty on standalone purchases. Paid monthly, via Razorpay business transfers. Dashboard shows which passages earn, so your next edition is informed.

Revenue share

Seventy percent. To you.

Industry standard for the textbook-to-digital flip is 15% to the author. We don’t do that. You did the hard work — the content is the product. We take 30% to keep the lights on.

Subscription attribution

70/30 split of the pro-rata share any Grow / Scale subscriber spends on your content. Tracked per-query.

Standalone product royalty

If a student buys your practice set as a ₹299 standalone, you get ₹210. No marketing fee deducted.

Print redemption bridge

Every print copy you sell can include a redemption code. Adds ₹100 margin per print copy at no cost.

Exclusivity

Optional. Exclusive partners get a +10% share and top-of-queue search placement. Non-exclusive is the default.

Your IP. Non-negotiable.

We do not train on your content.

Your pages go into a retrieval store that ATRIX queries at inference time. They are never used to fine-tune the base model. Leave the program and your content is purged from the index within 14 days; audit certificate issued on exit. Every model call carries a provenance header that names the source document.

Contract

Non-exclusive by default. 30-day termination. No right of first refusal on your future works.

Attribution

Every quoted passage in ATRIX carries a cite card with your author name, book title, and page number. Linked.

Data

You get per-passage usage data. No student PII. Aggregated monthly, exportable as CSV.
